Purely Charmed Shipping Policy
At Purely Charmed, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process, ship, and handle orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by product and destination. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Processing Time
Most of our items are made-to-order and carefully packaged to ensure quality. Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Average delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–12 business days after processing
- International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing
Please note that these are estimated time frames and may vary depending on location, carrier volume, or seasonal demand.
Orders are considered successfully delivered if they arrive within the advertised delivery window. If your order has not arrived after 60 days from the original purchase date, please contact our support team at purelycharmedshop@gmail.com for assistance.
(This policy excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or unforeseen carrier delays.)
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and provide the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If your order has not been delivered within the advertised shipping window, please reach out to our support team. Orders that exceed 60 days without confirmed delivery may qualify for a refund or replacement.
Returns and Refund Guarantee
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, Purely Charmed will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
To start a claim, please contact us at purelycharmedshop@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we can reship it once the shipping and handling fee is paid. If you prefer not to have the item reshipped, a refund or store credit may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
