Purely Charmed Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Purely Charmed, we take pride in delivering quality products and a great shopping experience. Because many of our items are made-to-order or personal-use products, returns and refunds are limited. However, we always aim to provide a fair and reasonable resolution when issues arise.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Items that have been worn, tried on, or used, including personal wear items such as gloves, apparel, or wellness products, due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked final sale.
- Refunds cannot be issued for sizing, dimension, or scale concerns when accurate measurements and product details are provided on the product page. We encourage reviewing all listed specifications carefully before purchase.
- Orders delivered within the advertised shipping time frame are not eligible for refunds. While we understand delivery expectations may vary, orders that arrive within the stated window are considered fulfilled as promised.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The return is approved and shipped back using the return label provided by Purely Charmed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your resolution within 3–5 business days.
Depending on the situation, resolutions may be provided in one of the following forms:
- Store credit toward a future purchase
- Partial to full refund (less a 30% restocking fee)
- Discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture
⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender’s address — only use the label provided by our customer service team.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship the order once a shipping & handling fee is covered.
- If you choose not to reship, a refund (minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee) can be issued.
- If the package is lost or destroyed in transit, we may offer a 50% store credit toward a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment has started, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Health, Hygiene & Personal-Use Items
To protect the safety and hygiene of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for gloves, apparel, beauty, or wellness products once they’ve been opened or tried on. We encourage reviewing all sizing information carefully prior to purchase.
